So…it’s no secret that I’m a huge vintage Henry Link fan. I could still kick myself (often & very hard) for the HL piece that got away. I bought this piece for my college age son’s bedroom. He was a sophomore in college and sharing a house with 3 other friends. He had the largest bedroom and he needed a good bit of furniture to make it nice (according to me anyway). There was room for not only bedroom furniture but also a full-on living area type setup. That room really was massive! Me being who I am…of course, it couldn’t just be any old furniture. Cool furniture only for my son obvi (insert eye roll)!

So many times cabinets are in great shape (solid construction, not moldy, etc.) & the style of the cabinets are fine too but not the color. You don’t have to go through the headache & expense of replacing the cabinets when they’re perfectly fine…other than the color.

Lots of Stagers were BIG on faux trees & plants because they didn’t have to worry about staging a property and having to constantly make sure the plants were properly watered. I was always more concerned about all of the dust the faux plants collected and how dead & flat a faux plant seemed to always make a room feel. I always strongly suggested both my staging and my design clients get rid of ALL faux plants. ALL. OF. THEM.
